We have nothing but great things to say about the team at Everlast Roof Systems. Dylan, Daniel, and Nathan were friendly, professional, and accommodating to all our questions and requests. During the walk through they suggested Sagirev soffits to add visual appeal as well as options to increase attic ventilation; key for shingle longevity. We reviewed multiple quotes before making our decision and the pricing at Everlast Roof System was comparable to the other companies in our area but offered more of a personal touch and cared about the outcome of the project. The previous owners left our roof in bad shape, with small leaks and mold accumulation. The Everlast team replaced our entire roof including the roof sheathing, soffits, facia, downspouts, skylights, and venting. We opted for the Alu-rex gutter covers because of the trees in our neighborhood and no one likes cleaning gutters. We also added soffit lighting and the team worked with our electrician to ensure these were installed beautifully. It’s the little things that make a big difference, stepped facia to increase strength and add a bit detail, the shingled valleys (as opposed to aluminum) to slow the water down and keep it in the trough, re-nailing the loose rafters; it all adds up. The quality of work is unmatched. They were always punctual, kept the property tidy and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everlast installed a rain barrel downspout for me exactly where I needed it with friendly and non-pressure service. I'd had other quotes from companies who insisted that I needed an entirely new full eavestrough system to make it "worth while". But Everlast came and added a downspout in the window I had budgeted for. Should I choose or need to have my gutters or roof fixed up, I'll be going back to them.

This was the first time we had a home project actually finish ahead of schedule. The team from Everlast was fantastic and did a very detailed job. They installed a completely new roof and removed the old one after the wind had damaged ours. We will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbours.

If I could add more stars to this review I would! They were professional, reliable and easy to talk to. They gave us a great deal, but more than that we were very pleased with the work they did. They replaced all of our soffits, fascia and eaves troughs and were able to work around other construction people at the same time. Nathan and Daniel answered any questions we had truthfully and honestly which is a rarity these days and so refreshing. They even laughed at my jokes. True gentlemen indeed!
